TARGET STYLE: Designer dress collection REVIEW

Hey babes!

Where do I begin on this collection? Target has done some pretty epic collections and collaborations with some pretty notable brands and designers. However, never in my life would I think I would be wearing a Christopher John Rodgers dress! If you don’t know, Rogers is a fashion designer who is very known for that avant-garde style and beautiful prints and colors. If you frequently shop at Saks, this man’s genius is no stranger to your eyes. In this collection there are several designers who produced items in this collection, my friend Jordyn and I just happen to both be wearing dresses by him in particular. However we loved the work from all of the designers who were in this collection.

The color ways in this collection are beautiful and I simply fell in love with the blue ruffles of my dress. I am definitely going back to buy other dresses from Target’s designer collection. It was so hard to chose just one and the prices are unbeatable! The quality is okay. I am not used to wearing this material in particular and some of the more elaborate dresses can be quite heavy for the summer (like the yellow one, Jordyn is wearing). The dress I am wearing is a size 10 and it flatters my body type perfectly. I am very broad and flat on the top and more curvy towards the bottom, and I felt very comfortable in this dress! I ended up wearing this dress all day each time I wore it. It tends to be very comfortable but if you are hot natured like myself, then chose wisely which material you get your dress in. I always get so many compliments in this dress, but I also feel confident in this dress as well.
